Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Grantzo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Grantzo.

Grantzo helps you draft grant applications using your organisation's information and funder documents. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us at admin@grantzo.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be authorised to act for any organisation you add.

You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the drafts you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload what you provide.

Use Grantzo lawfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to impersonate others or submit knowingly false information to funders.

Grantzo helps you write applications, but we do not guarantee any funding outcome. Grant decisions are made by funders, not by us. You are responsible for reviewing every draft for accuracy before you submit it.

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Launch pricing may change for new customers, but we will give existing customers notice of any change that affects them.

We aim to keep Grantzo available and reliable, but we provide the service on an "as is" basis and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Grantzo, including the platform, brand and underlying software, belongs to us. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Grantzo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can export or delete your content before closing your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date above when we do, and significant changes will be notified in the app or by email.
